1 Develop functionalities of the mobile application listed below

i. Support single sign on technology
Amazon Web Services Cognito Services will be used as identity provider (IdP) and users pool will be synchronized with Google Workspace’s directory. A separate local user pool on Cognito will also serve for testing login for both production and testing environment.
ii. Support biometric authentication
Leverage device level biometric authentication i.e. fingerprint, when users choose to enable.
iii. Broadcast notifications
Academy staff should be able to initiate notifications broadcast to any custom-definable group of App users.
iv. Inbox messages module
An inbox pane and section should be available for users to read and manage messages. Management features included unread messages, star messages and archive messages should be available. An inbox icon with a number to indicate unread messages should be shown after login. Message content and status should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy.
v. Dashboard
A dashboard should be shown after user login to show latest news and events of the Academy, links to others IT system and display important announcement. News, events and announcement content should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy.
vi. News module
A page to show a full list of news with pagination and category filtering functionality. Full page of content should be opened when pressing on individual item. News content should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy.

vii. Events module
A page to show a full list of events with pagination and category filtering functionality. Full page of content should be opened when pressing on individual item. Event registration form should be opened with in-app browser when it is available in event details. Events content should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy.

viii. Personal profile management module
A page to show personal profile of the user and allow editing functionality. Personal profile data should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy. A sample of profile can be found in Appendix A.
ix. Continuing medical education and Continuous Professional Development (CMECPD) profile module
A page to show CMECPD profile. Data should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy. A sample of profile can be found in Appendix B.
x. e-Fellowship card module
A virtual fellowship card image with basic personal information and a QR code generated by combining timecode and fellowship number.
xi. Annual subscription module
A page to show list of payment record and receipts (link of PDF file) and list of payable items with debit note (link of PDF file), a button to trigger an existing payment workflow and handle call back from this workflow. Data should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy. PDF files should be able to read in-app. A sample of data field can be found in Appendix C.
xii. e-Coupon module
A page to show list of e-coupon. Full page of content should be opened when pressing on individual item, a button to trigger an existing workflow and handle call back from this workflow. Content and status should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy.
xiii. Event attendance capture module
Module for capturing attendance by scanning QR code or inputting numeric code for the accredited CME/CPD activities by leveraging an existing workflow. Data and status should be synchronized with backend via API provided by the Academy in real time or in a delay mode when network connectivity is not available.
