(a) Setup and Implementation:
(i) Setup and implementation of iFinGate C+ remote compliance and customer relationship management system;
(ii)Enable functions on AI screening of sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons ('PEP') screenings, Anti-Money Laundering ('AML') / Counter-Terrorist Financing ('CTF') screenings, litigation checks
and 24-7 AI-news monitoring;
(iii)Enabling CRM functions on the customer, transaction and task scheduler up to 5000 capacity of customer records.

(b) Customization:
(i) Customization of iFinGate C+ data fields including customer data fields, transaction data fields and task schedule data fields.
(c) Configurations:
(i) Module configuration on the setup of up to existing customer profile
(ii)Module configuration on the setup of user Profile for
iFinGate C+

(d) Data migration:
(i) Data migration from client's existing
system/record in mutually agreed format.
